Work From Your Home Online – Learn How

Wouldn’t you love to work from your home online and pay off your debt or just have more freedom then you do now? When I started looking for a way to work from home I really just wanted to be able to make a little extra cash so that we could save for vacations or just have a buffer in case something happened. When I had a part-time job I made about $1000/month, after I quit that was my goal, to make at least that much using my computer.

It took awhile to learn how to do it, there were so many empty promises out there I almost gave up. But after I found Wealthy Affiliate 3 years ago I knew I had finally found exactly what I was looking for.

Now I work a little everyday towards my goal, I already bring in extra money on a daily basis and I’m confident that my effort is all it will take to make not only the $1000/month that I wanted (which I actually do make sometimes) but way more than that. I personally know people who have been able to quit their full time jobs and just work from home. It takes time to get to that level, I’m not going to lie, that is why most people give up. But if you have what it takes to work a couple of hours or more everyday, you pick when, you can build an online business as well.

The best part is that even if you take time off, like I did, many of the things you worked on keep working for you. I don’t always make the $1000/month, things online fluctuate all of the time with the seasons and what not, but overall if you stay consistent your income will too and usually will grow instead of decline. I actually took pretty much all of last year off to work on my music instead, and guess what? I still made money everyday even though I wasn’t actively building my business at the time.

Now I’m getting back into the swing of things and building off of what I already have built. The work is interesting and fun for me, and the bottom line is that you are helping people. Either by giving them information or by helping them find what it is they are looking for.

The work isn’t all that hard once you know what to do, the hardest part for most people is just staying consistent with your work. In a nutshell this is what I do: I write articles about a product, I either publish those articles on my own website or I submit them to article directories which helps increase the exposure to my website (all for free). None of the things I do to actively build my business cost me money, I only pay for hosting and domain names and those costs are very minimal. So once you find something that works for you, you have a profit fairly quickly. This is a lot better than trying to open a business that has a lot of expenses, it is hard to see your first profit in those cases.

You can write about just about anything you like, so you can find something that interests you, learn more about it and share what you’ve learned. On your website you include an affiliate link (your own affiliate link), that way if someone clicks it and buys the product you earn a commission. I also make money through Google Adsense on my websites, this is a great way to have a steady income without actually having to “make a sale”. You just need traffic in order to make that kind of money, and you get traffic by writing articles.

Article Marketing Tips – Free Ways to Advertise

Article marketing is one of the best ways to make a living online, not simply because it is something that anyone can do, but because it is a free way of advertising. If you don’t know what article marketing is, it is easy to learn, and if you do but are looking for better ways to go about it, then keep reading.

These Article marketing tips will help you start earning a living online, if you are already familiar with the concept feel free to skip ahead, but if you are brand new then you can start right now.

Article marketing simply means writing an article about a product or topic and either publishing it on a website or submitting it to an article directory online. When someone reads your article and clicks through to the product or your website and makes a purchase then you would earn a commission.

It is a free way of getting traffic to your website or even to an article that you’ve written. You can write another article about the topic or something similar and point it to your main article in order to drive traffic to it. Traffic equals sales which of course equal money, and since it is free advertising you earn a pure profit without having to worry about any out of pocket expenses.

I’m sure that anything free sounds too good to be true, but honestly other than the cost of learning how, which I do have a free course by the way, or perhaps the cost of a website which is less than $10 per year, every thing you can do to build your business can be free.

Now that you have a basic idea of article marketing, perhaps now you’d like some tips on how to apply it. The first thing I do when I begin article marketing is to find a product or topic that interests me. I will do some research about it and learn more so that I can help others who are looking for information about it.

I have a website for my articles so first I will publish the article on my website. After a time I will write another article with the same keywords (example: “How to Ride a Bike”), I might use the same order or change it up, like Ways to Ride a Bike, and then I will publish my article on EzineArticles or ArticlesBase. You can keep doing this with other directories or find other ways to gradually build links back to your website.

The more strength you build with your website by writing articles on a regular basis or writing articles that point to it, the farther you will reach in the search engine results. The higher you get the more traffic you’ll get, more traffic equals more money, either through selling the product or by making money from Google Adsense.

Working From Home Jobs – Compare Some of the Choices

Looking for working from home jobs but haven’t a clue what will work for you or what’s out there? I’ve been there! When I wanted to quit my part time job and start a family, I really wanted to work from home. I was good at typing but found that all of those kind of jobs from home were scams. I had no problem putting in hours for a paycheck, but I never found anything like that. What I found were jobs like the options below.

1. Sell Makeup: I’m sure most if not all of you have seen the Avon ads, you may even know someone who sells Avon for a living. And there is nothing wrong with this type of business at all. It is legitimate and provides a great income to many women out there, not to mention offering quality products to the consumer. But if selling makeup or making house calls isn’t your cup of tea, then this type of job probably isn’t what you are looking for.

2. Sell Candles: Same idea, different product. You can have parties and invite friends over, or throw parties at your friends house and make some money selling candles, it can be a fun and social job. But it isn’t really a necessity so the potential for making a lot of sales probably isn’t that high. And again, if you aren’t the social type, or if you want a full time job working from home then this too might not be the right opportunity.

3. Sell Whatever You Want: Selling whatever you want however, and being able to do so anytime from anywhere has a lot more potential. And when I say sell anything you want, I don’t just mean you have to focus on one thing. What if you could make a living selling all kinds of different products, without ever having to leave your house? And no parties either, be social when you want to be, to have fun, not to work. Affiliate marketing is how you can accomplish this kind of job. Wealthy Affiliate taught me how and they can do the same for you.

Of course there are many other ways to make money from home, online or otherwise. I by no means covered them all, just a few options and the best option, number 3, that worked really well for me. I get to work whenever I want or can, make money when I’m sleeping, and I never get bored because I can write about/sell any product I can think of, mine or someone else’s.
