Membership Overview

The Chris Farrell Membership consists of a 21 day training program that walks you through the steps to make money online. The biggest reason it gets my seal of approval is because of the owner, Chris Farrell. He is actively involved with the program and even though I don’t really care for video sales pages, the product itself is well constructed.

It’s not of the same standard as Wealthy Affiliate, but on its own it’s not a bad product.

Pros vs. Cons

Pros:

– low start-up cost
– easy website building
– easy to follow daily video lessons
– blueprints and manuals
– good support

Cons:

– no trial offer
– program is unclear on how much time you need to invest
– extras not included in monthly fee
– no real community atmosphere

Who Would Benefit From The Chris Farrell Membership Program?

The program is advertised for beginners because of the step-by-step, easy to follow, system – as well as the templates that are offered for easy website building. However, for true beginners who may not be that great with technology, it still may be too complicated. Since a website is necessary in order to succeed online, this is not a step that you would want to get stuck on.

The program focuses mainly on the basic things needed to get started, such as a domain, hosting, setting up autoresponders and more – but in all, the program is lacking beyond that point to really help you get your feet off the ground.

Tools and Training – What to Expect

If you choose to join, you’ll get access to the 21 days of daily video training, which will include:

– Creating Your Own Ebook
– WordPress Wealth
– Monetize Mondays
– Creating Your Own Products
– Killer Copywriting

The videos come with guides that will tell you what to do and when to do it. While the resources do get updated, they are not done so regularly so sometimes the program may seem stagnant and lack a true “daily activity” feel.

Is There Support?

There is a member forum that will allow you to ask questions or find the answers you need. However, while Farrell does list his phone number and encourages people to call if they have questions, a lot of people have complained about the lack of support and lack of a true community. Most would say that they rely on “team members” to help, instead of Chris personally.

The forum can be helpful, but if you are familiar with forums at all then you know you can waste a lot of time in them looking for exactly what you need.

And be warned…while the system gets you in with the initial $1, you will be offered his “Mentor Me” program which costs a hefty $997!

How Much Will The Chris Farrell Membership Cost You?

Initial Trial Membership – $1 for 7 days, after the first week you will be billed $37 per month as well as any fees involved, like buying domain names, which cost about $10 per year or more.

The Mentor Me program is $997 – this is offered once you are on the inside.

My Final Opinion:

The program is well put together for newbies, is honest about the effort involved in order to succeed, and the videos are put together in an easy to follow manner with – although they are pretty basic in content.

The price is fair, unless you decide to upgrade, so in comparison to other programs I think it is one of the better ones out there. However, it is by no means the highest quality and you will likely end up looking elsewhere for what you need.

The Run Down of the Chris Farrell Membership:

Website: www.chrisfarrellmembership.com
Price: $1 first week, $37 per month afterwards, $997 Mentor Me package
Owners: Chris Farrell
Overall Rank: 82 out of 100 points

VERDICT: LEGIT

Success With Anthony Scam – Buyer Beware

Success With Anthony Review

Success With Anthony

Product Name: Success With Anthony
Website: www.successwithanthony.com
Price: $7, $147, $1,000′s (unethical pricing)
Owners: Anthony Morrison
Support: Limited
Product Quality: Very Weak
Overall Rank: 36 out of 100 points.

Verdict: SCAM!

Success With Anthony, The Product…

This program by Anthony Morrison, author of Advertising Profits from Home, claims to be “the perfect formula for driving traffic to your website.” In addition to many other claims, most of which don’t even come close to being true, this program has so many red flags I would run not walk away from it.

Pros vs. Cons

Pros:
– honestly…there are none. This product is nothing more than flashy promises.

Cons:
– the advertised free websites are not free
– a lot of the information that is offered in this program was created from affiliates that is poorly written and some that even comes from poorly spun articles – which are keyword stuffed – a HUGE red flag.
– Limited support
– The product was banned from Clickbank…if you don’t already know, but that is NOT a good sign
– Many, many, many complains from people who have purchased it

So back to the Clickbank issue…in may of 2012, Success With Anthony was SHUTDOWN by Clickbank. It was removed from the largest affiliate network online for information type products for this reason: “It had a very high refund rate, very high chareback rate, a huge volume of complaints to their support. Bottom line: The product made false claims that were in violation of Clickbank policy.”

Although there are many low quality info products on Clickbank, as some of you may know, you have to be pretty darn bad to get pulled from their website. Success With Anthony has since moved to a different merchant account – I wouldn’t say that’s a good thing.

What the Success With Anthony Package includes:

It promises to offer easy to follow training material (however, I would not say that the information is for beginners.) Module 3 for example talks about SEO marketing in some very confusing ways. SEO is new for many as it is and the way it is explained here is simply hard to understand.

The program is better suited for those with at least a little understanding of the terms and concepts, although again, I wouldn’t say it is “better suited” for anyone.

The training is broken up into three modules, using PDF’s and videos.
– Module 1 includes Email marketing profits and features an over 200 page eBook as well as 14 videos
– Module 2 is Social Media Marketing Profits. This is broken into 4 parts and focuses on each program separately, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube. These are offered as PDF’s and videos.
– Module 3: SEO profits

In addition to these three modules there is additional training and programs included. However, the bottom line is they are going to try to get you to purchase the many upsells in order to TRULY succeed.

Is There Support?

Support with Success With Anthony is definitely less than sub par. There is no mention of a community, forum, or support from peers. And if you have any questions at all you are referred to a standard support desk and you will never be able to connect to Anthony himself. Basically, this is a program you buy and are then forced to figure out on your own. High failure rate.

The Price – $7…$147…$1,000′s???

Probably the worst part about this product is the pricing. The first price you see will definitely not the last one you are expected to pay in order to get any real benefits from the program. The more you try to get away from the product, the lower the price becomes just to get you to stay. It’s one of those “19 to $7 but “only for me” and “only for a limited time” offers. If you try to click away again you’ll be offered $48 right out of Anthony’s pocket. Then later you’ll learn about the guarantee that will give you all of your money back in the end PLUS $100 if you’re not satisfied.

This is a slimy sales tactic and one that you should definitely be wary of. If you do invest in the initial product, expect an instant One Time Offer of $147 with a form that will require your address, phone number and email and asks if you want to be on the “team”.

Just so you know, if a company asks for your phone number it means one thing…they are going to solicit more offers to you and try to get more money from you. Anthony Morrison is actually notorious for selling your information to “mentoring” companies, so please be careful with this one.

He actually offers coaching that runs well into the thousands of dollars, which is truly a scam.

If this seems dodgy, because it is and the “buying” is just starting there. If you invest in the initial product, you can expect an instant OTO (One Time Offer) of $147…and then you will be a form appearing requiring your address, phone number and email and it asks you why you want to be on Anthony’s team. If you don’t know what this means, let me quickly explain for you.

My Final Say About Success With Anthony

The only good thing about this product is that it does come with training and information. Although the training and info in itself has quite a few issues so I can’t really say much about it’s “good qualities”. The pricing is so all over the place that is an instant red flag you should be warned about. He also claims that you can have up to five free websites, which is not the case.

In the end you’ll have to pay for some of the traffic methods. Anthony Morrison’s product is just far too dishonest for my taste.

If someone gets so many complaints that they are kicked out of Clickbank, you know it’s gotta be bad.

When Advertising for Profits from Home came out I warned people about that. They bought into it anyway and then I would get complaints from them about it…even though I warned them about it. Silly. Well, don’t say I didn’t warn you this time!

Name: Success With Anthony
Website: www.successwithanthony.com

VERDICT: SCAM, Low grade product, poor support, unethical pricing

Bring the Fresh Scam or Legit

My Bring the Fresh Review

Name: Bring the Fresh
Website: www.bringthefresh.com (visit site)
Price: $7 trial, $89 for lifetime + lots of upsells/montoring in back office
Owners: Kelly Felix
Overall Rank: 75 out of 100 points.Bring The Fresh Scam

The Bring the Fresh Program

I was around when Bring the Fresh was first introduced, it has changed a bit since the founders split up in early 2013. As of today it is only run by Kelly Felix (the originator of the Rich Jerk, you remember that one right?) – all of these programs coming and going is making me feel old. But I’m not. Things just change quite quickly online. But I digress.

The program used to be a membership, and it is now a one-time payment (with lots of shady upsells) – upsells really bother me – I don’t know about you, but they usually make me run from a program pretty quickly. It’s a shame, because there are some programs out there that are actually pretty good and they have upsells, because upsells are where the big money is at, and “most” internet marketers know that.

Bring the Fresh is a website building software that includes training that you will need in order to make the websites a profitable home business. While the software is supposed to “do everything for you”, it doesn’t…

Pros vs. Cos

Pros:
– simple software designed to give you a fully functioning and attractive website
– step-by-step instructions
– money back guarantee
– owners well-known in the industry

Cons:
– most of the training is via webinars which don’t work for everyone
– no promise or guarantee whether your lifetime access will transfer to updated programs (or if you’ll have to buy a new and improved version)
– everything you’ll need to be successful online are not included
– no warning of pending upsells, and they can be quite costly and unnecessary
– no free trial

Who Should Consider Bring the Fresh?

Everyone…Bring the Fresh was constructed as a step-by-step program that is intended to teach you affiliate marketing. If you have the drive and dedication, it is possible to make this program work, however you may need to purchase the upsells in order to get everything you need and I was particularly unimpressed by the support when I purchased it years ago. Yes, they wrote me back. But their answers were not helpful and did not get me anywhere. I found the assistance and support at Wealthy Affiliate to be much better.

What Tools and Training Are Included?

Training is provided via webinars and personal responses from the support desk. Web hosting is not included however. There are article creation and spinner tools as well as link builders (some of which these days I would be very wary to use). Additional tools are optional.

When I was a member…hmmm…I might still be a member…I dropped off. Oops. Anyway, there were so many videos, I found I didn’t have the time. I’m a busy girl. I can read faster than I can watch, so having a mixture of the two is a preference for me. Or just give me something to read – or answer my questions. That’s what I like. Videos, can be helpful. Too many videos…well, they can be overwhelming and time consuming.

The information and tools is updated whenever Google makes changes and specialized keywords are given to those who are just starting out.

Is there Quality Support?

I would have to say no. As I said above…although they answered my questions, they didn’t ever really “answer” my questions. There is a customer service page and a forum, currently around 9,000 members.
bringthefreshforum

How much does it cost?

To start there is a one week trial period that costs $7. after that there is an option for lifetime access which costs $37. After you are a member they offer you a “private” or “exclusive” group option which would cost you additional amounts for paid products and services.

If you choose the $89 offer you’ll still have to buy “other” services that require monthly expenses to get your business up and running. My head is spinning from all of the upsells. Some people have even complained that they are getting calls directly from Kelly Felix and his team offering mentoring packages that run in the $1,000 of dollars. Personally, I don’t appreciate that kind of behavior – and it doesn’t suprise me that the owners parted ways.

I’d much rather see you in a place where the community really cares about you and will help you on your path to success online.

My Final Opinion:

Although it is a pretty good program, that I myself purchased and used for a time, I would stay away from any upsells if you do decide to purchase. The program itself was well put together with a lot of content, tools and support, especially the adjustments and updates that accommodate the many changes online. But in all – I personally know of a better place with better support and better tools and far less sneaky tactics which is why I ranked it rather low.

It isn’t a scam, but it isn’t the best.

Bring the Fresh, my final overview…

Name: Bring the Fresh
Website: www.bringthefresh.com (visit site)
Price: $7 trial, $89 for lifetime + lots of upsells in back office
Owners: Kelly Felix
Overall Rank: 75 out of 100 points.

VERDICT: LEGIT, Decent product, but TOO MANY upsells
